Description
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints
* Communicate with customers through various channels provided
* Know all products and services offered by the company
* Keep records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
* Process orders, forms and requests
*Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Requirements:
* B.Sc/HND from reputable institution
* 0 to 2 years experience
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proximity to Surulere is Key
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦75,000.00 - ₦85,000.00 per month
